WEST COAST DOUBLE IPA

Ingredients: Water, malts, hops, yeast.
Description: Brewed to celebrate our 9th anniversary, this stronger IPA than what we regularly brew is inspired entirely by the West Coast. Dry, balanced bitterness, a very thirst-quenching result despite its 7% alcohol. At the end of the boil we used Centennial, Amarillo and Simcoe Cryo hops, followed by a good dry hopping of Cascade, Simcoe, Amarillo and Citra Cryo cultivars. A good balance between resinous and citrus notes.
