Description: It’s brewed with ingredients from across our beautiful province, including malts from Malterie Caux Laflamme in St-Patrice-de-Beaurivage and Innomalt Inc. Solutions Brassicoles in Sherbrooke, a yeast strain from Le Labo Solutions Brassicoles in La Pocatière and Hallterteau Tradition, Glacier and Chinook hops from Houblon Bastien in Terrebonne. On the nose, it offers noble hop accents and aromas of lager yeast. On the sip, the malts shine, conjuring up the sweet crust of white bread or the vast cereal fields of our countryside. |
