Description:Â Lately New Zealand hops have been
shaking the brewing world with their unique flavors
and aromas. We also fell in love with these kiwi hops and decided to experiment for ourselves, but in a typical "4 Origins" way. And yes, we chose to add a little bit of
Kiwi to this IPA that is full of New Zealand hops Rakau and Nelson Sauvin as well as the must-have Citra. The kiwi is subtle but adds well to the flavors of mango, stone fruit, currant and white wine from the hops. |
