Description: Our collaboration with Perodam honors the religious stained glass artist and fresco artist Guido Nincheri, often nicknamed the “Michelangelo of Montreal. » Like his work, beer is a mix of Italian-Canadian inspirations. Pilsner Italian is a well-hopped style and we have placed emphasis on Quebec hops, including Bastien Hop Glacier and Duke25 Limonadier Hops, but we also kept a touch of old world with the addition of fresh Czech Saaz. In Plus, it is made from a base of Quebec malts from Innomalt and Maltbroue and fermented with a strain of Le Labo. The result is a fresh beer and tasty, with lemony notes and herbaceous. |
