Description: Organized by Dominion City, the “Glorious
and Free” initiative gauthers some forty breweries from across Canada, each committed to brewing its own version of the Glorious & Free IPA using 100%Canadian ingredients. With our version, Fleurons Glorious, we're proud to represent Québec with a 1000% made-in-Canada IPA. Brewed with malts from Innomalt and Maltbrou, Hydra, Chinook and Centennial hops from Duke 25 Hops and fermented with a strain of juicy yeast from Le Labo, it combines resinous, citrusy notes with a fruity, slightly tropical finish, all the while maintaining a perfect balance thanks to a well-measured bitterness.
