Lager Ambrée Allemande
5.3%
Ingredients: Water, malted barley, hops, yeast
Description: For German people, beer doesn’t require complicated formulas or recipes full of strange additions. In fact, the most important ingredient is time, the time it takes to make a beautiful, well-lagered beer. And after all, time is relative…
Brewed with our friends at Dispensaire, Ein Stein is a loving tribute to the German amber lagers traditionally served at Oktoberfests in Bavaria. It was brewed with German malts and hopped with Tettnang and a little Quebec Hallertau Mittelfrüh, grown at Duke 25 Hops. With a beautiful copper color, it offers notes of lightly toasted bread, biscuit and a subtly spicy and dry finish that makes you extremely thirsty.
