Ingredients: Water, malts, hops, yeast.
Description: Assembly of barreled beer and non-barreled beer. The first being a Kolsch which has benefited from a long aging of over a year in oak barrels containing its wild flora, resulting in beautiful funky and woody notes. The second if our young Grisette, a small Belgian Saison that adds a breath of fresh air to the old beer. The assembly results in a complex product, without practically any residual sugar, with beautiful farmy notes and a highly drinkable liquid.
