Description: We present to you a Bavarian-inspired Pilsner, a style we cherish! This one stands out with its vibrant hopping, developing a crisp bitterness typical of the style. André challenged us to use more hops during the boil than at the end, and we're pleased to have broken with tradition! It's also the first beer brewed here that has been filtered to remove suspended yeast and make it crystal clear.
