Description: Lycanthrope is a West Coast IPA brewed with our new friends at Loup Garou Brewery, even more wester than us in Sainte-Marthe!
Inspired by Scott's high expertise in this style, we chose the classic interpretation, but with a local twist.
Brewed entirely with Innomalt Pilsner malt, it's perfectly transparent as any good West Coast IPA should, then hopped with Cascade QC, Citra, and Mackinac, a Chinook-derived hop grown right here in Quebec by Duke 25 Hops. The result: aromas of citrus and resin, with a litle zesty bitterness, supported by a light and incredibly drinkable touche.
