Ingredients: water, malted barley, hops, yeast.
Description: Brewed with Quebec malts using step mashing to give maximum body to the brew and a beautiful creamy head. To balance the malts, we picked Glacier and Crystal hops from Houblon Bastien which offer some herbaceous, floral and citrus notes, as well as an ample bitterness. Everything was then cold fermented and lagered for several weeks to produce a super clean and crisp lager.
