Description: Introducing Helles, a classic style from the Munich region. True History's Helles is probably the best of its kind in the country, and we're excited to share this co-creation with you! What is Helles? A simple (yet complex) pale lager. Brewed using the decoction method with a malt variety we're using for the first time, these will be your new favorite grains! A touch of Mittelfrüh hops for balance—just enough, not too much, but not too much, just the right amount! The fermentation profile will transport you straight to Andechs Monastery, the legendary brewery near Munich.
