Description: We present a dry-hopped Kölsch to add a modern twist to this traditional style. It's as if a Cologne brewer took a little trip to Italy. A beautiful grain base, a yeast profile similar to our Poincaré Kölsch, and well supported by dry hopping with the Hersbrucker variety for a floral touch!
