Ingredients: water, malted barley, hops, yeast.
Description: Glasgow and Montreal share a long love story. Scottish immigrants made their mark on our city in many ways, but especially in the brewing world! So, to honour this original brewing culture, we brewed a Scottish ale in collaboration with our mates at Le Dispensaire. Glasgow Kiss is a light amber ale which we boiled for three hours to maximise the amount of rich caramel flavour. The brew was then fermented with a Scottish yeast and hopped with East Kent Golding and Fuggle to add some fruity, floral and earthy notes. |
