Description: Beer isn’t rocket science! Brewed with Alex and Justin of Burlington Beer Company, C’est Pas Sorcier is an ode to their flagship beer, “It’s Complicated Being A Wizard, now a must-have almost everywhere on the market in the United States. This American IPA is super hoppy, with a hop of Bastien Hop Crystal hot and Centennial (again from Bastien) and Strata at cold. It contains plenty of oats to balance these hops with a rounder and smoother body in mouth. There are notes of citrus, fruit of passion fruit and berries, as well as a little “dank” character and resinous accents. |
