Description:Â For the third iteration of our famous
Bananarang, we took our inspiration from the
banana split. As always, we start with a German Hefeweizen, to which we added a large amount of bananas to enhance the natural banana aromas and flavors from the German yeast. Then, we added a homemade vanilla extract and lactose to recreate the creaminess of ice cream. Finally, the cherry on top is a little touch of cherry puree to complete the flavor mix.
The result is a very unique beer that will take you back to your childhood. Try it as an ice cream float for the full experience! |
