IRISH CREAM ALE
4.5%
Ingredients: Water, Malted Barley, Hops, Yeast.
Description: In 1661, Tadhg Cornelius O’Brennan was the first Irish arriving in Montreal. Expelled from his ancestral lands in County Kilkenny bythe English, he left for France, then for Canada, in quest for a new life. For St. Patrick's Day, we named our very first Irish Cream Ale in honor of this first Irish-Quebecer. Like him, O’Brennan is an inspired cream ale Irish, but brewed with malts Quebecois from Innomalt and Maltbroue. She sports a beautiful amber color and a robust character and malty, with flavors of caramel and biscuit, as well as a slight earthy bitterness on the finish. |
